Littell has installed nearly 300 scroll lines. Speeds of up to 275 mpm providing output ranging from 50 - 300 sheets per minute and the ability to handle coils weighing up to 20 metric tons. The line then uncoils, straightens, inspects, cuts to length, sorts and piles both rectangular and scrolled sheets from coils.

Littell designs and builds uncoilers, straighteners, feeds and accessories for the press room and coil processing industries.

The feeds support blanking, compound or progressive die production line and are adjustable to operate at an optimal feed rate and handle stock of varying thicknesses and widths.

Reels are available in a range from 2,500 lb. to 30,000 lb. single or double, non-motorized or motorized models. Their reels support and payoff coiled material in operations ranging from press stamping and forming lines, to tube mills and rollformers. Various options and specialized widths are available.
